One positive-mode LC-MS acquisition (USA300_pos_x19113x136.mzML) of a Staphylococcus aureus USA300 culture extract from the Dunphy 2021 P. aeruginosa / S. aureus interaction study (MetaboLights MTBLS2105). USA300 is the dominant community-acquired methicillin-resistant S. aureus lineage. We use this file as one member of a four-file positive-mode slice that is the first microbial metabolome in the validation corpus. The source ships pre-converted mzML, so the file enters the feature-finding chain directly with no RAW_TO_MZML step. This acquisition reported 9,097 features in the run's summary/summary.json.
