One positive-mode HILIC LC-HRMS replicate (NIST1950_pos_ID_04.mzML) of NIST SRM 1950 reference plasma, from the Stancliffe 2021 DecoID deposit (MetaboLights MTBLS2207). NIST SRM 1950 is the community reference plasma material, so the four positive-mode replicates should cluster tightly in PCA space, which is the slot-7.3 probe (replicate tightness). We use this replicate as one member of the end-to-end verification slice. The source ships indexed mzML 1.1.2, so the file enters the feature-finding chain directly with no RAW_TO_MZML step.
