A Euphorbia dendroides biological extract (140221_ME_14_6.mzML) from the Nothias 2020 series (MassIVE MSV000080502). It is the higher-intensity, higher-feature member of the ME_14_5 / ME_14_6 biological-replicate pair, with 4,933 features (the largest of the three-file slice) and a median intensity of 721,999 pinned in MANIFEST.json. We use this sample as one extract member of the end-to-end verification slice; the ME_14_5 / ME_14_6 pair tests the between-sample correlation against the paper-level threshold of Pearson > 0.9. The mzML is pre-converted at the source, so it enters the feature-finding chain directly.
