The procedural blank (140221_Blanc14.mzML) for the Euphorbia dendroides extract series (Nothias 2020, MassIVE MSV000080502). As the blank, it carries the lowest feature count of the three-file slice (1,359 features, pinned in MANIFEST.json), which is the expected ordering: blank below both biological extracts. We use this sample as the negative-control member of the end-to-end verification slice for the untargeted metabolomics pipeline; it anchors the between-sample correlation heatmap and confirms the blank-versus-extract separation. The mzML is pre-converted at the source, so it enters the feature-finding chain directly.
