Sacurine human urine, negative-mode replicate HU_neg_019_b2 (paper 7.1)

One negative-mode LC-MS replicate (HU_neg_019_b2.mzML) from the Sacurine human urine cohort (Thévenot 2015, MetaboLights MTBLS404). This is the _b2 batch-2 reanalysis variant: the plain HU_neg_019.mzML returns 404 at the source, so only the _b2 file exists upstream (validation finding #15). It is the same sample and the same battery probe as the non-_b2 file would be. We use this replicate, alongside three sibling negative-mode replicates, as part of the end-to-end verification slice for the untargeted metabolomics pipeline. The mzML is pre-converted at the source, so it enters the feature-finding chain (MZML_STATS → PEAK_PICKER → FEATURE_FINDER_METABO) directly.
