Sacurine human urine, negative-mode replicate HU_neg_017 (paper 7.1)

One negative-mode LC-MS replicate (HU_neg_017.mzML) from the Sacurine human urine cohort (Thévenot 2015, MetaboLights MTBLS404). We use this sample, alongside three sibling negative-mode replicates, as part of the end-to-end verification slice for the untargeted metabolomics pipeline. The mzML is pre-converted at the source, so it enters the feature-finding chain (MZML_STATS → PEAK_PICKER → FEATURE_FINDER_METABO) directly, with no RAW_TO_MZML conversion step. The per-sample feature count is expected in the hundreds-to-low-thousands band for a negative-mode urine profile; it is not pinned in MANIFEST.json and traces to the run's summary/summary.json.
