The second of two single-tissue replicates from the Mann lab / TUM 2022 mouse proteome draft (PRIDE PXD030983). Mouse tissue lysate acquired by data-dependent, label-free shotgun LC-MS/MS on a Thermo Orbitrap. Part of the first mouse proteomics slot in the validation corpus, searched against the large Mus musculus reference proteome (UP000000589, on the order of 21,000 entries). The specific source tissue is pending curator verification. The input is staged as mzML, so the run reports raw_to_mzml: { ran: false, input_format: "mzml" } and the ThermoRawFileParser branch is bypassed.
