The second of two single-run samples from the Bekker-Jensen 2017 deep single-shot HeLa proteome. One LC-MS/MS injection of HeLa lysate acquired by data-dependent acquisition on a Thermo Orbitrap, deep coverage from a single shot. The deposit is Thermo .raw-only, so the pipeline routes this acquisition through RAW_TO_MZML (ThermoRawFileParser) before search. Together with run 1 it forms the deep single-organism slot in the proteomics validation triplet. Expected summary headlines are not pinned in MANIFEST.json for this slot; the first run fills them in.
