HeLa + E. coli MaxLFQ benchmark, OFFGEL green fraction 12 (paper 6.1)

One OFFGEL isoelectric fraction (green series, fraction 12) of the Cox 2014 MaxLFQ benchmark: HeLa human lysate spiked with E. coli lysate, acquired by data-dependent shotgun LC-MS/MS on a Thermo Orbitrap. This is the third acquisition in the proteomics verification slice, pairing with the two black-series fractions. Staged as both Thermo .raw and converted .mzML for the dual-input parity test. Per-sample PSM and protein-group counts are pinned in MANIFEST.json; this fraction carries the highest per-sample counts of the three.
