HeLa + E. coli MaxLFQ benchmark, OFFGEL black fraction 12 (paper 6.1)

One OFFGEL isoelectric fraction (black series, fraction 12) of the Cox 2014 MaxLFQ benchmark: HeLa human lysate spiked with E. coli lysate, acquired by data-dependent shotgun LC-MS/MS on a Thermo Orbitrap. We use this acquisition as one of three runs in the proteomics end-to-end verification slice. It is staged as both Thermo .raw and converted .mzML, so the pipeline can be exercised on either input format (the dual-input parity test for the RAW_TO_MZML branch). The per-sample PSM and protein-group counts are pinned in MANIFEST.json, so a regression surfaces immediately.
