Mouse kidney, IRI sham control, 10x Visium FFPE (paper 5.6)

A surgical-sham (control) mouse kidney section from the Xuanyuan 2025 kidney injury-and-repair study, profiled as a 10x Visium FFPE (probe-based capture) spatial library, SRA run SRR29365064. We use it with its day-14-post-injury counterpart (PA-S-5-6-kidney-iri-day14, SRR29365055) as an injury-vs-control contrast on kidney, and as part of the first FFPE / probe-based spatial slot in the validation corpus. The pipeline runs this sample in intake_qc mode: fastp read QC plus a unique R1 spot-barcode profile, no clustering and no Space Ranger. This is the lower-quality of the two FFPE sections: it drops from 6,621,229 reads to 4,313,886 at the fastp filter and sits at Q30 0.444.
