10x Visium Mouse Brain Sagittal Anterior (paper 5.3)

The 10x Genomics Visium Mouse Brain Sagittal Anterior reference dataset, a public spatial library with no peer-reviewed paper of origin. It includes a Section_1 sub-sample and resolves into two lanes (L001 + L002) at samplesheet expansion, so a single dataset yields a 2-sample run. We pair it with paper 5.2 (the Sagittal Posterior section) for a cross-section consistency probe on the shared mouse reference (GRCm39 plus GENCODE vM35). This is the spatseq pipeline's landmark validation dataset: it is the one spatseq slot whose expected_summary_headlines are pinned in MANIFEST.json, and its Wave 1 baseline (run c53ab48a7d91a396a715908101739a94) anchors the validation table on the pipeline page. The pipeline runs it in intake_qc mode: fastp read QC plus spot-barcode profile plus image-info, no clustering. The spatial slide image is not bundled, so the run is a FASTQ-only intake check.
