10x Visium Mouse Brain Sagittal Posterior (paper 5.2)

The 10x Genomics Visium Mouse Brain Sagittal Posterior reference dataset, a public spatial library with no peer-reviewed paper of origin. We selected it to pair with paper 5.3 (the Sagittal Anterior section) so the two sections exercise the same mouse reference (GRCm39 plus GENCODE vM35) and let a cross-section consistency probe compare QC profiles. The pipeline runs this sample in intake_qc mode: fastp read QC plus a spot-barcode profile plus image-info, no clustering. The spatial slide image is not bundled, so the run is a FASTQ-only intake check. Mirror size ~1 GB per MANIFEST.json (slot 5.2, notes_md).
