One DLPFC tissue section (sample 151673) from the spatialLIBD adult human dorsolateral prefrontal cortex study, sequenced as a 10x Visium spatial library. The full study covers 12 sections from 3 donors; we mirror a single section as the canonical human-tissue input for the spatial-transcriptomics pipeline. The pipeline runs this sample in intake_qc mode (Space Ranger is blocked on commercial licensing), so the record verifies the read-QC and spot-barcode-profile path rather than a full clustering analysis. For layer-level biology the section carries the expected cortical-layer markers (SNAP25 neuronal, MOBP white matter), but those are upstream literature priors, not Phalaena-computed outputs on the intake_qc path.
