1k E18 Mouse Heart Cells, 10x Chromium 3' v2 (paper 4.6)

Roughly 1,000 cells from a dissociated embryonic day 18 (E18) mouse heart, 10x Chromium 3' v2 chemistry (10x reference dataset). We use this sample as the platform's first real 10x 3' v2 verification input. The cellseq pipeline declared 10x_v2 in its CHEMISTRY_TABLE (cell barcode 16 bp, UMI 10 bp) from the start, but every prior cellseq run used v1 (paper 4.1) or v3 / v3.1 (papers 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5). The v2 UMI is 10 bp, one base shorter than the 12 bp v3 default, so this sample is the only one that exercises the v2 barcode geometry on real data. The E18 heart carries cardiomyocytes, fibroblasts, endothelial cells, and infiltrating immune cells.
