1k E18 Mouse Neurons, 10x Chromium 3' v3 (paper 4.5)

Roughly 1,000 cells from a dissociated embryonic day 18 (E18) mouse brain, 10x Chromium 3' v3 chemistry (10x reference dataset). We use this sample as the first mouse single-cell verification input: every prior cellseq slot is human, so this sample moves the pipeline onto a Mus musculus reference genome and a mouse gene-symbol namespace, exercising the species-swap end to end (STAR index build, marker resolution). It holds chemistry constant with paper 4.3 (both Chromium 3' v3) so the organism is the only variable. The E18 brain carries excitatory and inhibitory neuronal lineages, intermediate progenitors, and glial precursors.
