Human Glioblastoma Multiforme, 10x Chromium 3' v3 (paper 4.4)

Dissociated human glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) tumor, 10x Chromium 3' v3 chemistry (10x reference dataset, whole-transcriptome-analysis library). We use this sample as the first non-blood human tissue in the cellseq validation set: prior human cellseq slots are healthy-donor PBMC (papers 4.1, 4.3), so a solid-tumor suspension with a mixed cellular ecosystem stresses clustering and marker resolution differently. The input is a head-subset of the roughly 19 GB 10x GBM FASTQ tar (leading reads), which keeps the run inside the cellseq machine and wall-clock envelope but bounds absolute-yield claims: the read and cell counts reflect the subset, not the full 10x library.
