1k Human PBMCs, 10x Chromium 3' v3 (paper 4.3)

1k Human PBMCs from a single healthy donor, 10x Chromium 3' v3 chemistry (10x reference dataset, Cell Ranger 3.0.0). We use this sample as the dedicated 10x v3 chemistry-path verification input: paper 4.1 exercises the v1 RA-interleaved layout, so this sample exercises the pre-paired v3 R1/R2 layout with v3 cell-barcode and UMI lengths. The dataset is small (roughly 5 GB raw FASTQ, about 15 min wall on n2d-highmem-16), so it is a cheap full-pipeline smoke for the v3 path. It is the post-swap replacement for a Tabula Muris mouse slot; the question battery was rewritten to ground on PBMC markers (validation finding #13).
