LPS-stimulated (4 hour) human PBMC lane from a healthy donor, 10x Chromium 3' v3.1 chemistry (Erbon 2023). The treated arm of the resting-versus-LPS contrast. Lipopolysaccharide is a TLR4 agonist; the 4-hour stimulation drives a pro-inflammatory NF-kappa-B program in the myeloid compartment, recoverable as elevated TNF, IL6, IL1B, CXCL10, CCL2, and NFKBIA. v3.1 reads ship as native paired _1.fastq.gz (28 bp R1 = barcode + UMI) plus _2.fastq.gz (90 bp R2 = cDNA), consumed directly by STARsolo. This sample is read against the resting control to confirm the pipeline recovers the canonical TLR4 signature.
