One Arabidopsis thaliana Col-0 wild-type RNA-seq replicate from the Froussios 2019 plant DE benchmark (ArrayExpress E-MTAB-5446), paired-end Illumina HiSeq 2000 reads at 101 bp per read. One of four wild-type replicates in the Phalaena slice (ERR1811888, ERR1811889, ERR1811890, ERR1811902), the first plant transcriptome in the bulk RNA-seq family. We use this sample for quantification-correctness verification against the Arabidopsis TAIR10 reference. On the Wave-3 run this sample reported a mapping rate of 0.11 percent with 24 transcripts detected, which is anomalously low and flagged for curator scrutiny; we record the value verbatim.
