A DBA/2J striatum replicate from the Bottomly 2011 strain-contrast study, single-end 36 bp Illumina reads against GRCm39. One of two DBA/2J samples (with SRR099234) in the Phalaena four-sample slice; the C57BL/6J arm is SRR099230 and SRR099231. The two strains are expected to separate cleanly in PCA (test-battery probe 3.3). We use this sample in the bulk pipeline's single-end branch verification (SE Salmon quant with a supplied fragment-length distribution). It is one of the four samples that validated the SE-branch fix (validation finding #2).
