A. thaliana KBS-Mac-74 ONT MinION R9.4, run ERR2173373 (paper 2.6)

Arabidopsis thaliana, accession KBS-Mac-74, sequenced on a single Oxford Nanopore MinION R9.4 flow cell for the Michael 2018 single-flowcell assembly study. We use the ENA run ERR2173373 (BioProject PRJEB21270, BioSample SAMEA104348991) as the first plant input and the first multi-chromosome genome in the long-read pipeline. ENA records the run as 3,421,779,258 bases across 300,071 reads, which matches the pipeline run summary exactly. The reads map against the ~135 Mb TAIR10 reference, the five-chromosome A. thaliana assembly. This is the slot that exercises the pipeline's region-scattered variant-calling path.
