Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1, the canonical reference strain, sequenced on an Oxford Nanopore GridION with R10.4.1 chemistry and Dorado basecalling as part of the Sanderson 2024 bacterial-reconstruction-accuracy study. We use the single ENA run ERR12342519 (BioProject PRJEB51164, BioSample SAMEA114787150) as the second microbial input for the long-read pipeline. ENA records the run as 1,654,741,681 bases across 339,997 reads, which matches the pipeline run summary exactly. The reads map against the strain-matched RefSeq PAO1 assembly GCF_000006765.
