E. coli CFT073 ONT GridION R10.4 SUP, run ERR8958463 (paper 2.4)

Escherichia coli CFT073, the uropathogenic reference strain, sequenced on an Oxford Nanopore GridION with R10.4 chemistry as part of the Sanderson 2024 bacterial-reconstruction-accuracy study. We use the single ENA run ERR8958463 (BioProject PRJEB51164, BioSample SAMEA13167427) as the first microbial input for the long-read pipeline. ENA records the run as 639,955,449 bases across 268,362 reads, which matches the pipeline run summary exactly. The reads map against the strain-matched RefSeq CFT073 assembly GCF_000007445.1.
