HG002 PacBio HiFi, Sequel II 15 kb library, chr20 subset (paper 2.2)

GIAB Ashkenazi son (NA24385 / HG002), PacBio HiFi reads from a Sequel II 15 kb library, restricted to chromosome 20. We use the chr20-only release for sub-genome benchmarking: it keeps the fetch near 2 GB and the run wall tractable while exercising the full HiFi path through the long-read pipeline. The chr20 subset is GIAB-curated and is the validated input for paper 2.2 on the HiFi branch. PacBio HiFi reads carry a characteristic median per-read quality of Q20 or higher, which is the diagnostic the test battery checks for this slot.
