NA12878 (Coriell GM12878, the CEPH/Utah reference cell line), one Oxford Nanopore MinION flowcell, FAB39043. All FASTQ chunks of the flowcell are concatenated into a single gzipped file (gzip allows raw concatenation), which is the validated subset for the long-read pipeline. The full Nanopore WGS Consortium rel6 release is about 450 GB; we use one flowcell so a run completes in a fixed wall window while still exercising every long-read stage. This sample is the canonical end-to-end verification input for the genomics long-read pipeline on the ONT branch: its summary headlines (read count, length distribution, mapping rate, variant count) are pinned in MANIFEST.json, so a regression in any of them surfaces in the Wave 2 graded battery.
