Wave 3 gap-fill run of paper 7.6 (black pepper / compound-standard untargeted LC-MS, two RAW files SA1 and SB1 from MetaboLights MTBLS733). End-to-end through the untargeted metabolomics feature-finding chain, SUCCESS at 21:52:34Z on 2026-06-09 (run id 91607878), 9 min wall clock. This is the first food/plant slot with a compound-standard benchmark, and the first metabolomics run to exercise the Thermo .raw to mzML conversion path: the three Wave-2 metabolomics papers all shipped pre-converted mzML and skipped that branch. The pipeline reported 90,081 features across the two samples and 89,807 unique (m/z, RT) keys in the merged feature matrix, at a mean of 45,040.5 features per sample.
