Metabolomics, deep-sea methane-seep sediment (Agilent QTOF), Wave 3 (2026-06-11)
phalaena:run:PA-R-7-5-wave3-2026-06-11
Wave 3 gap-fill run of paper 7.5 (deep-sea methane-seep sediment metabolome, four seep_064 mzML from MassIVE MSV000090543, acquired on an Agilent QTOF). End-to-end through the untargeted metabolomics feature-finding chain (MZML_STATS → PEAK_PICKER → FEATURE_FINDER_METABO → FEATURE_MATRIX), SUCCESS at 18:05:37Z on 2026-06-10 (run id 42876fdc), 11 min wall clock. This is the first environmental sample in the corpus: a deep-sea sediment extract rather than a defined organism or tissue. The pipeline reported 52,137 features across the four samples and 52,117 unique (m/z, RT) keys in the merged feature matrix, at a mean of 13,034.25 features per sample. The four seep_064 mzML are pre-converted at the source, so the optional RAW_TO_MZML ThermoRawFileParser stage is skipped.
