Wave 2 run of paper 7.1 (Sacurine human urine, four negative-mode LC-MS replicates). End-to-end through the untargeted metabolomics feature-finding chain (MZML_STATS → PEAK_PICKER → FEATURE_FINDER_METABO → FEATURE_MATRIX), SUCCESS. This run unblocked only after the HU_neg_019 → HU_neg_019_b2 filename swap (validation finding #15): the plain HU_neg_019.mzML returns 404 at the source, so the bucket and the samplesheet carry the _b2 batch-2 reanalysis variant. The four mzML inputs are pre-converted at the source, so the optional RAW_TO_MZML stage is skipped. expected_summary_headlines is null for this slot in MANIFEST.json, so per-sample feature counts trace to the run's summary/summary.json rather than to a pinned regression value.
