Wave 3 gap-fill run of paper 6.6 (Mann lab / TUM 2022 mouse proteome draft). Two single-tissue LC-MS runs end-to-end through the OpenMS plus Comet shotgun chain: mzML stats, reversed-decoy database, peak picking, Comet search, FDR filter at 1 percent, PSM export, plots, summary. SUCCESS at 06:59:47Z on 2026-06-10, 15.7 min wall clock (run id 52f37b24). This is the first mouse proteomics slot in the corpus. The run reported 53,186 PSMs, 41,553 unique peptides, and 13,278 unique target proteins aggregated across the two samples, the deepest protein-group count of the three Wave-3 proteomics slots.
