PXD000584 is one gastric-cancer biopsy whose sections were each analyzed by multidimensional protein identification technology (MudPIT), not a HeLa proteome, and the run's two files are two of its MudPIT salt-step files (20130607_Priscy_A9_400mM_a.raw and 20130607_Priscy_A6_250mM_a.raw), not replicates. The validation's records called it HeLa and cited another paper; the deposit's paper is Aquino 2014 (silent-failures preprint, Table S1).
