Wave 2 proteomics run of paper 6.2 (Bekker-Jensen 2017 deep single-shot HeLa proteome, two runs). End-to-end through the OpenMS plus Comet shotgun chain with the RAW_TO_MZML (ThermoRawFileParser) branch exercised, because PXD002395 is a RAW-only deposit. SUCCESS, recorded in the validation snapshot cross-pipeline status table. This run ran end-to-end after the jq HeLa-filter fix (validation finding #15), which kept the fetch on HeLa acquisitions rather than the U2OS / 293 acquisitions that share the deposit. The run id and wall-clock are not captured in the snapshot run-id ledger and are marked pending curator verification.
