The run takes one surgical-sham section (SRR29365064_sham) and one day-14-post-injury section (SRR29365055_day14), both 10x Visium FFPE (probe-based capture), and reports 2 samples and 21,606,929 total reads after QC. This validates the QC-intake path on the first FFPE / probe-based spatial slot in the corpus.
