The run takes two fresh-frozen (OCT) sections, SRR27792935_KO and SRR27792947_CTRL, and reports 2 samples and 70,160,327 total reads after QC. This validates the QC-intake path on the first non-brain spatial tissue and the first knockout-vs-control spatial contrast in the corpus.
