Wave 2 paper-5.2 run of the 10x Visium Mouse Brain Sagittal Posterior reference dataset through the spatial-transcriptomics pipeline in intake_qc mode. SUCCESS in 55 minutes wall clock per the validation snapshot. The run performs read QC and a spot-barcode profile, not clustering. It pairs with paper 5.3 (the Anterior section) as the cross-section consistency probe on the shared GRCm39 reference.
