Wave 3 gap-fill run of paper 4.5 (10x Genomics 1k E18 Mouse Neurons, Chromium 3' v3, a 10x reference dataset). End-to-end through the cellseq pipeline (STARsolo against the mouse genome, Scrublet, Scanpy), SUCCESS at 23:09:16Z on 2026-06-10 (run id cfad0ed6), 1 h 48 min wall clock. This is the first mouse single-cell slot in the validation corpus: it moves the pipeline off the human reference onto a Mus musculus reference and a mouse gene-symbol namespace. STARsolo estimated 1,100 cells and Scanpy resolved 12 Leiden clusters at a median of 3,849 genes per cell.
