Wave 3 gap-fill run of paper 4.4 (10x Genomics Human Glioblastoma Multiforme, Chromium 3' v3, a 10x reference dataset). End-to-end through the cellseq pipeline (STARsolo against GRCh38, Scrublet, Scanpy), SUCCESS at 23:37:50Z on 2026-06-10 (run id 7f5deee6), 2 h 16 min wall clock. This is the first non-blood human tissue in the cellseq corpus: a dissociated solid-tumor suspension rather than healthy-donor PBMC. STARsolo estimated 3,454 cells and Scanpy resolved 10 Leiden clusters at a median of 4,278 genes per cell.
