Wave 2 run of paper 4.3 (1k Human PBMCs, 10x Chromium 3' v3, 10x reference dataset). End-to-end through the cellseq pipeline (STARsolo against GRCh38, Scrublet, Scanpy), SUCCESS. This run is the dedicated verification of the 10x v3 chemistry codepath, distinct from paper 4.1's v1 RA-interleaved path. The slot replaced a Tabula Muris mouse dataset on 2026-05-06; the question battery was rewritten to ground on PBMC markers (validation finding #13), after which the cellseq graded battery reached 100 percent (15/15).
