Bulk RNA-seq, Arabidopsis Col-0 wild-type replicates, Wave 3 (2026-06-11)

Wave 3 gap-fill run of paper 3.5 (Froussios 2019, Arabidopsis thaliana Col-0 wild-type RNA-seq replicates). Four paired-end HiSeq 2000 wild-type replicate runs (ERR1811888, ERR1811889, ERR1811890, ERR1811902), quantified with Salmon against the Arabidopsis TAIR10 genome and annotation. The run reached SUCCESS at 06:20:59Z on 2026-06-10, 57.5 minutes wall clock (run id c99c4cec), and is the first plant transcriptome in the bulk RNA-seq family. The reported mapping is anomalous and flagged for curator scrutiny: the run summary records a mean Salmon mapping rate of 0.11% (mean_mapping_rate_pct: 0.110543) and only 52 transcripts detected across all four samples, with top-expressed transcripts appearing as human ENST... identifiers against a configured Arabidopsis reference.
