Wave 2 bulk RNA-seq run of paper 3.2 (Himes 2014 airway smooth muscle dexamethasone study), two paired-end samples from donor cell line N080611: one untreated (SRR1039508), one dexamethasone-treated (SRR1039509). Salmon quantification against the pre-built Track 2 GRCh38 plus GENCODE v46 index, completing in 43 minutes wall clock (validation snapshot). SUCCESS. Both samples mapped at the rates pinned in MANIFEST.json (94.07 percent untreated, 93.80 percent dexamethasone) for a mean of 93.93 percent.
