Wave 3 run of paper 2.6 (A. thaliana KBS-Mac-74, ONT MinION R9.4, 300,071 reads) against the ~135 Mb TAIR10 reference. End-to-end through the long-read pipeline's ONT branch (NanoPlot read QC, minimap2 map-ont alignment, samtools sort and flagstat, region-scattered bcftools mpileup/call), completing in 10 h 16 min wall clock with SUCCESS. Headline figures read directly from summary.json: 300,071 reads, 82.30 percent primary-mapped rate, 689,146 bcftools variants (662,447 SNP, 26,699 indel). This is the first plant-scale genome in the long-read set and the slot that exercises region-scattered variant calling. Run id 2964836b9f0d737f68cd0f5dcb13f3a5.
