Wave 2 run of paper 2.3 (CHM13 PacBio HiFi, single-SMRT-cell subset, mapped against GRCh38). End-to-end through the long-read pipeline's HiFi branch on the CPU minimap2 map-hifi path, completing in 2 h 36 min wall clock with SUCCESS at 01:18Z on 2026-05-11. Like paper 2.2, the run went CPU because L4 GPU supply was exhausted in us-central1 across 2026-05-08 to 11. First-run figures: 1.35 million reads, 99.21 percent mapping against GRCh38, 3.50 million variants. Run id cbdb5400... (abbreviated in the validation snapshot).
