Wave 2 run of paper 2.2 (HG002 PacBio HiFi, chr20-only subset). End-to-end through the long-read pipeline's HiFi branch on the CPU minimap2 map-hifi path, completing in 3 h 11 min wall clock with SUCCESS at 01:53Z on 2026-05-11. The CPU path was a tactical fallback: L4 GPU supply (both Spot and on-demand) was exhausted in us-central1 zones across 2026-05-08 to 11, so the run went CPU rather than through the Parabricks GPU branch. First-run figures: 1.36 million reads, 99.56 percent mapping, 3.25 million variants. Run id dececa2a... (abbreviated in the validation snapshot).
