Correction (2026-10-22). The file is named HG002_HiFi_chr20 but holds one whole-genome SMRT Cell: the first fastq.gz under GIAB's PacBio_SequelII_CCS_11kb reads (m64011_181218_235052.fastq.gz), 1.36 million reads and 15.4 Gb from an 11 kb library, not a chr20 subset of a 15 kb library. Wenger 2019 did not produce these reads; GIAB released them (silent-failures preprint, Table S1). The preprint also lists this run as a candidate ploidy mismatch (see QC and audit).
