One Illumina paired-end whole-genome deposit aligned to the complete MG1655 genome U00096.3, end-to-end through the genomics short-read flow, completing in 2 h 12 min wall clock. SUCCESS at 22:46:25Z on 2026-06-09 (run id e9d4263e). This is the first microbial short-read slot in the corpus. The run mapped 99.46 percent of reads and called 329 variants (308 SNPs / 21 indels), the small count expected when a reference strain is resequenced against its own reference genome.
