One Illumina paired-end whole-genome run aligned to the BDGP6 fly assembly, end-to-end through the genomics short-read flow, completing in 5 h 7 min wall clock. SUCCESS at 09:37:24Z on 2026-06-10 (run id d35adcd1). This is the first non-human, first invertebrate short-read slot in the corpus. The run mapped 90.67 percent of reads and called 1,212,910 variants (981,165 SNPs / 233,764 indels), confirming the pipeline is reference-agnostic across a non-vertebrate assembly.
